Over the past few months, we've been developing something we’re really excited about: a 50-question Brand Clarity Assessment specifically for life science companies.
After founding Logic & Heart, we realized there wasn't a rigorous, evidence-based framework for assessing brand clarity in life science, biotech and healthcare. Most brand assessments are either purely subjective or use generic business frameworks that miss what makes our industry unique. So we built one.
So far, we've completed assessments for companies from clinical-stage biotechs to a $20B CRO, with many more to come. The insights have been remarkable. One finding: 68% of companies score below 3.0 on "Customer Insights," meaning their brand is built on internal conviction, not customer validation.
